CLT-MM.ORG – Terms of Service for Personal & Commercial Licenses

By purchasing or using any product or license from clt-mm.org, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to both Personal and Commercial licenses, and failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your license(s) without refund, as well as permanent blacklisting from all future access.

General Terms (Applicable to All License Types)

  1. No Redistribution
    You may not distribute, resell, share, or leak any part of the product, license key, source code, models, UI, or other assets under any circumstance.

  2. No Cloning or Reuploading
    Cloning, reverse-engineering, reuploading, or otherwise duplicating the product for any use - personal, group, or public - is strictly prohibited.

  3. License Confidentiality
    License keys are confidential and may only be used by the original buyer. Sharing keys with others or using keys not assigned to you is a violation of this ToS.

  4. Breach Consequences
    Any breach of these terms will result in:

    • Immediate license revocation

    • Deletion of all active licenses

    • Blacklist from clt-mm.org services

    • Potential Roblox DMCA reports if stolen content is used

Personal License

  • Valid only for individual use (e.g., in your own personal projects or experiences).

  • Not permitted for use in group games, commissions, or anything monetized.

  • May not be used commercially, sold to others, or added to public models or toolboxes.

  • May not be used in games made by a group, studio, or team.

  • May be revoked if found used in a commercial or public-facing project.

Commercial License

  • Grants rights to use the product in group games, commissioned work, and monetized projects.

  • You may use it across multiple experiences under your Roblox group or studio.

  • Still non-transferable—you may not give or sell the license or product to others.

  • You must properly secure the asset in your experience (e.g., avoid toolboxes or open source exposure).

  • You are responsible for ensuring your team members do not leak or abuse licensed assets.

Enforcement & Monitoring

We actively monitor the use of our products in public and private Roblox experiences. If we find evidence of:

  • Unauthorized distribution

  • Cloned projects using our assets

  • Use of leaked or invalid keys

Your access to all CLT-MM services will be permanently revoked and relevant actions (DMCA, group warnings, etc.) will be taken.
