1. Usage Rights

  • All packages and assets purchased from us are licensed for personal use only by the purchaser.

  • You may not redistribute, reupload, leak, or share any part of our packages, files, or installations with others, regardless of whether the content is modified or in its original form.

  • Any attempt to distribute or leak our files will result in an immediate ban and permanent blacklist from accessing our products and services. This action is final and cannot be appealed.

2. Ownership

  • All intellectual property rights in our packages and content remain the sole property of clt_mm.org.

  • Purchasing a package grants you a non-transferable license to use the files within Roblox games owned by you. You do not gain ownership or resale rights.

3. Refund Policy

  • All purchases made through clt_mm.org are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect purchase

    • Technical limitations on your end

    • File incompatibility with other third-party systems

4. Support and Installation

  • Installation services are offered as part of certain packages.

  • We will perform installations with care and precision. However, we are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing scripts, plugins, or systems in your game.

  • We reserve the right to refuse installation if your game environment is deemed incompatible or inaccessible.

5. Enforcement

  • We actively monitor and track file usage to prevent unauthorized sharing.

  • Violations of these terms will result in a permanent ban and blacklist across all clt_mm.org products.

  • We may take further action, including reporting misuse to Roblox if necessary.

6. Changes to These Terms

  • clt_mm.org reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
